DIRECTING AND COACHING

I have been asked to take a leadership role in most of the musical groups in which I have been involved. Along with my experience in directing many of the show bands at Busch Gardens, I also act as music director for the groups in which I am currently a member.

I consider myself to be easy going, but I always have a clear vision of how music should sound. I strive to challenge my fellow musicians to perform to the best of their abilities. I maintain a positive atmosphere and always encourage everyone to give the best performance possible.

With my high standards and wealth of experience, I lead musical groups in producing high quality performances.

Some of the groups for which I have been music director include the following:

• Busch Gardens Williamsburg (various show bands)
• Hot House (rock/top 40/pop)
• Limelight (5-piece jazz combo)
• Williamsburg Classic Swing Orchestra (17-piece big band)
• Various high school instrumental ensembles
