ARRANGING

I have had the exciting opportunity to arrange music for a variety of groups in many different styles. I have arranged music for different sized groups with various instrumentation.

Some of the types of groups for which I have arranged music are the following:

• Show choir band (various 5- to 13-piece groups)
• Big band (full 17-piece band)
• Jazz combo (lead sheet and horn parts)
• Full rock/top 40/pop band (rhythm parts and horn arrangements)
• Horn arrangements (2- to 5-part arrangements)
• Corps style horn band

I have been fortunate to do arranging work for the following:

• Busch Gardens Williamsburg
• Ball State University
• Williamsburg Classic Swing Orchestra (big band for which I am co-director)
• Hot House (rock/top 40/pop band for which I am music director)
• Limelight (5-piece jazz group for which I am music director)
• Various Virginia high schools (show choir band arrangements)
• Various Indiana high schools (show choir band arrangements)
